just noticed an official video for ryan adams' "this is it" from 2003's "rock n roll" on youtube. don't know why i've never seen this before. there are a fair amount of poserish camera tricks and angles, but it's a live-footage-type video, which still beats the hell out of most of those weird, generally contrived postmodern collage-gasms that pass for music videos (see ryan's own "so alive" video).
apparently the new indiana jones trailer is out today too, but i can't find it anywhere on the internet that will actually play on my media-allergic laptop.

i'll just go ahead and post the "so alive" video so there's a pretty thing for you to click on. also, upon watching it again, it sort of reminds me of the dream i always have when i spend all day trying to write a song and can't do it and then go to bed at like 5am.
